I've never understood the run on .22 rounds. I mean, we all saw 7.62 and 5.56 dry up damn near overnight. But that's because that's what the evil rifles eat up. And to make it even a little more odd. 7.62 is almost back down to where it was (Lake City that is). FGMM is still running a little more than it was. But, you gotta pay to play. Yep. Just don't get the whole evaporation effect with .22 rounds.

Yeah. I got one of those for a Black Rain build that I have on the books. It took a while before it finally came in. But, that being said, I'm more than pleased with the quality of the machining. I'm looking forward to putting that build together later in the year.

So let me get this straight. My first week back at work after my annual vacation (so getting back into the s h i t).......You want me to jump on a plane to be in AZ by Saturday afternoon.....bring (and check in) a high power rifle at the airport (that I don't even have the final glass for yet).....come help blow up a small section of desert.......drink 50 beers (that would happen regardless)......stumble back onto a plane and fly back to this S-hole by sunday night/Monday morning. Hmmmmmm..............it does sound tempting. But I don't think that it's gonna happen. Though....I do like the idea of a spontaneous AZ run at some point. Just can't make it happen right now. OK........let the S H I T talkin commence...............................................................

<thumbsup> +1 for Band of Brothers. Very well made. And the personal interviews, though short clips unless you get the DVD set as I did, are awesome. Some of them really tug at your heart also. That generation was a completely different breed. Not that many of us aren't as patriotic as they were. Hard to put into words. This is one to watch with the sound cranked up. The battle scenes are pretty impressive.

I always love it when parts come in. Even when they're just spare's to keep in stock. Like a kid on Christmas.
