Judging by that vent hood, someone didn’t clean out their vent or very much neglected their pressure cooker. You hear the horror stories of the 70 and older pressure cookers, but in mine blowing it up is almost impossible. There’s the weight, and the pop off valve to keep it from going Boston bomber (to soon?) on your stove top. I remember the first time I used it I sat there baby sitting it for 90 min, but after that I just let it rock and check on it from time to time. I also have a gas stove so it’s very easy to dial in

Thanks! I’m not really sure how but I lost about 15 pounds this summer, a lot of it was kicking gas station food and eating a lot of tomato sandwiches lol. Covid and call helped I didn’t drink much alcohol in aug and sept. It’s nice but I’m tired of my pants falling off

The flavor of heating pellets is long painful death!! Do not ever ever ever use heating pellets to grill!!! They use chemicals to bind them!! Fyi I have a pellet grill it seems pretty efficient, the grilling pellets are pressed using the natural sugars in the wood to bind them.

Mesquite also puts off a strong flavor which can over power your meat. Im not sure pellets would help him. I’ve seen in stores with the smoker chips chunks of wood like baseballs softball sized.
