True BUT 35 acres is more than enough to hunt. most parcels up north where I hunt are sold in "40's" which is still too small.

#1 there is no "mil spec" for the .308 pattern. And there are also a few different patterns in the ".308 family" Did you head space your bcg/barrel? -

I'm sure some one will tell me if I'm wrong but the bit I've read, I think you need an adjustable gas block to shoot suppressed?
