started at 150 on the green mountain after 1hr 45 min I bumped it up to 175° after Over 2 hours I bumped it up to 200°, got the internal around 120°, pulled and reverse seared in the broiler about 2:30 min each side at 500°. It turned out fucking awesome brother, thank you!!
