  1. Sketch, you ready to get tomahawk chopped. <nutkick>
  2. Nice doe madhouse <thumbsup>
  3. Ahh man I wanted to see Char with her war paint on <thumbsup> Nice going and nice deer, congrats on the successful hunt Wash.
  4. Looks like if you shoot him your just going to piss him off.
  5. I go to a processor that does this and it takes me about 1 year to go through one whole deer and thats stretching it out. The summer sausage runs out first about 3-4 months. Then the burger 6 months and the steaks I kinda milk out a little longer. 2 deer would be a max for me in a year. Just me and my son eat venison.
  6. Any cameras at her work with douchebag so we can have more to look for? and prayers sent for the safe return of Amber.
  7. Now thats action there, would love to see a couple of bucks go at it. You going out sketch?
  8. How did you and Char do wash ? Hope you got the video <thumbsup>
  9. Well fellas I getting ready for this years hunt <thumbsup> it opens on the 15th of Nov. Took a game camera out to my stand along with 40 lbs of corn to get the deer to stop and say hi to the camera so I could get an idea of what roaming the woods. I did get some deer pics but I didn't expect a racoon family reunion with me supplying the dinner. ??? But I did end up getting some deer pics but not as much as last year due to bluetongue from the drought we had last year. Talked to one of conservation officers that work at the range I go to and he said as much as 20% of the herd was lost because of this :'( Our quota was cut this year because of this and I will only be allowed to harvest one buck and one doe this year. Seeing what the camera is getting its going to be hard to fill both tags, hardly any deer crossing the camera unlike last year.
  10. Neat idea <thumbsup>
  11. 9 other people with my name do >:(
  12. Now that was cool Shepp <thumbsup>
  13. We tried to give it back but San Diego just said sorry no returns allowed <dontknow> :loser:
  14. Nice shot Magwa, I'm starting to prep for deer season now can't wait to get back to the woods again. Just out of curiosity how did you know what holdover to use did you chronograph your loads before hand?

    nice job shepp <thumbsup>
  16. That would be wild to have another I-70 series after 29 years of not being in the hunt and lets hope it won't be another 29 before were there again. I like having a competitive team again. I gave up on them for a few years because of miss management of the team. I remember back when I was kid the Royals were always competitive if not in the playoffs.
  17. Chiefs had the week off and they needed it hopefully we'll get some people healthy and get our season turned around. But in other news HOW BOUT THEM ROYALS <thumbsup>
  18. Factory barrels have a long throat on them. When I measured mine I was surprised at how long it was and it still shoots sub moa when I do my part. I just load to the max length the mags will let me get away with which is around 2.192" base to ogive. I'm going to measure my dummy round again so you can compare, its a DPMS barrel edit to come. I'm back this is with hornady 168gr A max: base to ogive 2.338" jammed and overall length came in at 2.970" Hope this helps.
  19. I'm going to agree with you survivalshop, that you ended up with some kind of contamination.
  20. <thumbsup> <thumbsup> I like the way you think Doc.
  21. You guy's going to try again ?
  22. That was one of, if not the best game of baseball I ever watched. GO ROYALS
  23. Same here brother, all though we had a guy walk out on a live range to hang his target. Thats what I thinking this thread was going to be about. Funny as hell though (the video) I think I saw the gangsta last week. He started at the 15 yrd mark and didn't hit $hit. <laughs>
  24. I always have a hard time deciding what taste better crappie or walleye ? But its always fun having a taste test to see  The crappie was caught in 20' of water over a brush pile with minnows. buddy of mine with this one
  25. I got the bug bad this year I think I have had the fishing poles out more than the .308 and thats ok for now. Especially when I bring this home <thumbsup> We had a little bit of everything Walleye, Crappie, Catfish and White Bass. The Walleye was 22" and the crappie 11" to give you a size reference.
