welcome to the forum. i run full pow on all my 308 bolt or semi.. through the can. I dont see a reason for a higher pow rifle to nock it down a notch. 300 blk is ment for that..

all good on my phone.. it has been brought to my attention (98 deduced) that the buffer tube pa10 provides resembles the armalite length, thus requireing armalite buffer and spring.. food for thought, as i was making marks on the reciver.

barrel important.. bolt important! trigger is the last thing thats important in a rifle. gas length should have some merrit on what you plan on doing with the rifle. They all work in one way or another.

so you need sr25 pattern/ dpms bolt to match. as a rule it should be head spaced either buy you or a gun smith. There are many other barrels out there and some are better on the budget? you are on the right path if thats what fits your plan.
