That's ezatcly the case here. 12'x25' and an entry with a closet just sanding 22 hours still have to hit the corners and finish! If your back can't take being bent over for atleast 12 hr don't try this!! Hire someone use to doing this!! But I had to try it once in my life!

So I'm getting maxed out sanding a wood floor at the wee hours of the night I vote all 3 !! Wait you said one ? Sawdust to the brain!!

My next project at work is to make an assault proof desk in the entry of the local mental boarding office! The reason for this I was told is that my area is getting shipped more violent mental patients from bigger city's. In the 8 years I've been doing there bigger remodels the last two have been armed due to a shooting, a stabbing, and shooting at cops in persuit. As a contractor I'm not around them all the time and know lots by name but a few scare the shyt out of me. They have one bording home out of town 60+ residents and intown maybe 200-300 (free range) out patients that roam the he city. They're out there. ;) They have a oblivious look to them and are always scouring the ashtrays.

In my line of work I pack an assault hammer an airliner take over utility knife even the ever so dangerous led pencil but have you seen the black bad ass cats paw!?! That's the best of bolth worlds with pointy ends sharpend up... And that paw can easily knock out your teeth!! Crap said to much banned!!

I use this with a 2x4 and screw up a frame that holds 2 full targets for pistol I've reused this and the same frame design for 10 or more shoots!
