  1. Very nice!
  2. Yes. I am sure of it. If I have a choice between shouldering this thing and my SBR, the SBR wins everyday of the week. It's a range toy, plain and simple. Since GA is an SBR friendly state, this purchase wouldn't make sense over the stamp, especially with e-file times. However, I like to spend money, you guys may see it for sale in the coming months. I know on other sites how people use these things are the source of much consternation.
  3. I just got one of these and although it isn't the most accurate way to shoot an AR pistol, it is fun.
  4. :)) Thanks. I guess my lazy streak is showing through.
  5. How do the Armalite 2-stage triggers compare with KAC and Geissele? I see them from time to time reasonably priced.
  6. I think I ruptured my spleen just reading about those two guys.
  7. Not to open old wounds........but you are not suggesting you would vote for Bobby "The Brain" Heenan over Hillary are you?
  8. I would vote for Jesse "The Body" Ventura over Hillary.
  9. ^^^This.
  10. Damn all that flair makes me want a Jack Daniels Burger. (Friday's is closed :'( )
  11. I have never heard this until now.
  12. Don is one funny guy. Watch the videos with him and his wife. They appear to be a great couple.
  13. I remember Jericho. I didn't know it was on Netflix. Many thanks.
  14. I appreciate everyone's passion about these ammo purchases, but I have a hard time getting worked up about it. Again, the wonderful thing about the U.S. is that you have a right to worry about whatever you like. These departments doing mass round up and weapon confiscations are very low on my list of things to be concerned. I would rather focus our attention on electing pro-gun candidates into office. If the finest fighting force in the world couldn't successfully confiscate and disarm a population in areas roughly the size of Texas (heck make it the midwest) in a theater of battle, why do we think that a bunch of cops (a large portion of them Veterans themselves) and National Guardsmen are going to be able to successfully do that in a country the size of the United States (a country with a lot more weapons and people with weapons). You guys may be right and certainly reserve the right to say "told you so" if it ever happens.
  15. Ghost Gun+30 Magazine Clip+Shoulder thing that goes up=Complete Badassery.
  16. Tikka, Savage 10, Remington 700s are good to go. It is essentially a Chevy vs Ford discussion. Each one has benefits over the other. Although I have never had an issue with my Remington 700 triggers, I know that some people still reference the issues that were claimed. If that is the only thing holding you back from a 700, then a $125 bucks for a Timney 510 will be money well spent. I reference the above three brands because you stated that you wanted to build a tactical rifle, which to me means Long Range and perhaps later on Extreme Long Range. If that is correct, then you should consider purchasing a platform that can be upgraded. As many will testify, purchasing a factory OTS rifle is hit or miss with accuracy and some components will be special attention. Things you may take for granted now such as Detachable Bottom Metal, Manners/McMillian Stock, triggers, may not be a big deal now, but may become one as you attempt to squeeze as much accuracy as possible out of your factory setup.
  17. You will appreciate the aftermarket support of the Remington 700.
  18. If only they sold a 30 Magazine Clip to feed it.
  19. ^^^^^^Wisdom. Bipartisanship can be costly.
  20. SB15 arm brace. I want to see what all the hype is about
  21. Now you tell me.
  22. The Department of Education can't even get the children's lunch program funded correctly. I ain't too worried about their OIG Officers waging a war on my rights.
  23. Charlie appears to be on to something. I would give one a try.
  24. Gulp!
  25. I am sure the OP has purchased one by now, but if not, I suggest giving Seekins Precision base a look. I was lucky and no bedding was needed.
