I got a GG&G and it's a really nice peice of furniture. You can go wrong with one of them. My next one I buy though is going to be an atlas by Accushot. I wana try it out and plus I have the mono pod so it would all match up.

I had to get pins right from SI cause I had an armalite kit and the though the pins work the front pivot pin was to short from armalite. Called SI and they sent me the right pivot pin. My take out pin is still the armalite one but they fit together nice and tight.

My first pistol was an XD 45 5in tactical I absolutely love this gun. I've put a lot of rounds throug it and never a hiccup. I've killed everything from rabbits to deer with it. I carried it on me and in the pickup for the last 5 years and shows not much wear. Great piece of iron!!! Want to get a sub-compact one of these days

I have a crossbreed I carry it in and just an old regular OWB leather holster. After I sent the kimber back and they re blued the slide it's never rusted again.

Every day since June of last year except for this. When I first got it I carried it one day and the whole left side of the slide rusted so I cleaned it up that night and carried it the next day same thing. So I sent it back to kimber and they re blued the whole slide. I asked them to put there Kim pro coat on it but they wouldn't. Told them I'd pay extra for it. Stll wouldn't do it. So I have been a little unhappy with the coating on the gun. I love it for sure everything else is perfect. One more thing kinda bugged me is that when I ordered it I wanted them to do some other things to. Like sightsand a few other things. They said they couldn't do they would send me the gun and then I send it right back to them and they would do the work. Took seven months to get I told them what is one or two months more to get exactly the way I wanted. But I wasn't going to send it right back to them right after they sent it to me. But all and all great gun and I DON'T go anywhere with out it.

Gun Control Texas Style! Last Thursday night around midnight, a woman from Houston , Texas was ...arrested, jailed, and charged with manslaughter for shooting a man 6 times in the back as he was running away with her purse. The following Monday morning, the woman was called in front of the Arraignment Judge, sworn-in, and asked to explain her actions. The woman replied, "I was standing at the corner bus stop for about 15 minutes, waiting for the bus to take me home after work. I am a waitress at a local cafe. I was there alone, so I had my right hand on my pistol in my purse hanging on my left shoulder. All of a sudden I was spun around hard to my left. As I caught my balance, I saw a man running away with my purse. I looked down at my right hand and saw that my fingers were wrapped tightly around my pistol. The next thing I remember is saying out loud, "No Way Punk! You're not stealing my pay check and tips." I raised my right hand, pointed my pistol at the man running away from me with my purse, and started squeezing the trigger of my pistol. When asked by the arraignment judge, "Why did you shoot the man 6 times? The woman replied under oath, "Because, when I pulled the trigger the 7th time, it only went click."
