Prices came back down to pre BS prices. Hornady 168 Match $26.99 , the 55gr and. 60gr were $16 each. Sierra went up about $2 a box. Haven't seen any Berry's plated for like 3 months.

If any of you NoCal boys have a Tank brake that would be interesting to see the numbers. Maybe blow up a couple of balloons and place them centered on the benches to each side,just to see the movement as a comparison. -

Ron , that's how you measure a mags inside length !! Down to the thousandth.

Bubba what mag are you using that let's you load the ammo that long. My limit is. 2.816". Very cool one hole groups.

No... The problem is Accuracy International make magazines short ! Barrett makes its magazines at stated caliber lengths. Just want to have an accurate length so when I get around to loading ammo it fits the mags. I have been wanting to do the 338 LM for a few years.

Still experimenting with it. Moved up one grain. Going to try this batch soon . Max load is 43.3 gr with 168 projo at 61000 psi. With this powder the 6.8spc needed to be at max load for accuracy.

Don't need QC ! Made up 73 rounds of 308 today with Hornady168 Match BTHP with cci#34 and 42.0 gr of Imr 8208xbr.

Just like the other guys stated : the double feeds are a magazine issue. Also don't shoot steel case ammo in that gun you could damage the extractor, LR308 guns are designed to use brass cases. One more range trip and it should be broken in. The surplus ammo should be ok to use but remember the gun has a tight chamber still. -
I have processed about 6k of 40s&w , 2k of 223rem and 1.5k of 9mm that is primed and ready to load.
