    Timing/Cycleing ... Do the can of air test. First thought is to check the alingment of the gas block and the gas port hole.

    Don't believe this ,just yesterday I receive a UPS box ( 3 Day Select ) with a rifle in it. I know it can by shipped 2nd Day Air also. Why ship it UPS when you can't ship it Fedex , Express or Ground for less money. FACT !

    That's. Not the photo we what. I described the photo needed... Please assemble your rifle in that way and take a picture of the upper with the gas tube installed. A ruler next to the groove area of the upper would help. Thanks

    I am just curious if it is 1/8 " or 3/16" to long. If you get some brake line flaring tools just cut the end and flare it. Don't know how good the seal would be. This could work for you.

    is there enough "Meat" there to drill it out , then insert a new pin. Or retap with a larger size .

    TM lower is threaded. The dowel pin you have is forced in against the threads . I would try to put a small screw in the center of the dowel pin till it grips then tap it out. Good luck !

    I have my Lee presses mounted on a overpriced grooved router table I got from Woodworkers Supply. Just had to take the router out. It fits nicely in the corner of my office.

    The last time I had a primer wedged in the trigger group it turned my gun into a auto!
