  1. Isn't 7828 for magnums?
  2. Is that current AZ CCW reqirements? I should really get off my ass and renew mine (expires Oct).
  3. <lmao> <laughs>
  4. The rounds will go missing before it hits the target. <lmao> <laughs>
  5. Ask him for a partial stipend for the phone instead. :)
  6. I so gotta drop by Lance's place one of these days.
  7. Good shooting. For AZ I believe the CCW yardage is 5 yards... (don't quote me)
  8. Screw it! Stick it on eBay. Let the market determine the price!
  9. I oughtta get back to my regular bike riding...I feel fat.
  10. 800ish? I don't think the general public cares if it's a dissy. To them it's "just another AR".
  11. I wouldn't be surprised - it seems like that's the thing they do over there. We had our CNC'ed oil fittings knocked off in China and they were cast off our original pieces using some unknown pot metal. Ended up porous and bubbly inside and the only way we found out was we were getting a ton of calls and complaints of why "our" sh*t were breaking.
  12. Bought it at PSA when they had 20% off... that was like $50 discount. Not sure I like the weight after I got spoiled on the BMS stock.
  13. I'm calling it "done" :D
  14. The scrapers do pretty well. I got one of these: I mount the scrapers in my drill press and run the cartridges through them one by one. Seems to do a good job.
  15. Sullivan doesn't know what he's getting into. Once he starts consolidating, other small-arms manufacturers will pop up. Consider Windham Weaponry - they started up when Bushmaster was sold off to the FG, and you have several independent manufacturing contractors sitting around with nothing else to do but had the equipment and know-how on hand.... FWIW, the Tracking Point stuff is pretty cool, but it also means you're chained to a battery all the time. My guess is Sullivan will probably want to buy that next. :D
  16. That's a ridiculous price to be asking for chinese-made crap. It should be like $10.
  17. Still bored running the shop at night...had to do something to prevent myself from going crazy. <laughs> <lmao> (thanks to Toolndie7 for the title inspiration)
  18. They are making Honda CRV knockoff SUV's, "Great wall" brand knockoff Toyota Tacomas (aka Hilux), even ripped off the Humvee design (that was before they bought Hummer from GM).
  19. LOL... Whoever the ex is, he's doing it wrong. Isn't it the SOP to report a lower price to the wife?
  20. ^^^^ This. I spend a lot of time making sure what I buy is quality and made in the USA or equivalent. USA - Germany - Japan - Europe - Eastern Europe - Korea, Taiwan - China - in that order of elimination. If it says "Made in China" on it, I only buy it when there's no other choice.
  21. <lmao> <laughs> Actually, it's what we make for kids' Honda riceburners. Been doing it for 12 years... but it's time to diversify. Can't compete with the Chinese knockoffs (that has our name and "made in USA" on them plus faked serial numbers that are identical on every arm).
  22. Agreed! !$%^$#@^% Chinese crap.
  23. I thought I was the only one that didn't grab the front product. I'll always grab the one behind (there's a bonus if the back one has a later expiry date - e.g. milk/eggs/OJ)
  24. Ouch!!! glad you're not hurt.
  25. You should browse on backpage.com - there's a ton of crackheads (here in the Phoenix area) asking way too much for their used guns...however there are good deals to be found if you're patient and do your research. A lot of them picked up guns during the mad scare and ended up overpaying, and they can't come to terms with the fact that the same guns they bought 5 years ago aren't worth what they paid for it.
