No packing for mine cuz they lasered big trenches out and then actually sewed inside my nose on both sides. They were afraid if they broke any more stuff in there, even just to straighten it, the whole damn thing would collapse so they just dug out trenches, lasered away some bone burrs and junk I didn't need, sewed me back up and called it a day. Gave me 60 percocets though which of course was quite a little bonus... :))

We've got kind of a panfish in salt water too called Scup. Delicious little buggers but you gotta catch a dozen of em to really feed the while family. Same as the bluegills and the like but I've never actually eaten any of those. We get some crappie around here sometimes as well but their not as common.

Nice. I've been eye-balling them 590s although i've never even owned a pump-gun of my own. USED a few, but never owned one. I love just going to the range and rockin and rollin some days. That's when it's great to have a shotgun.. Mine comes out to 8+1+1. Blasting 10 out accurately in just over 2 seconds will give you quite good feeling on a frustrating day... :)) When there are decent guys at the range, I'll usually pass it around and give a couple of guys a try at it. It's always good for a rush when you see guys firing it like it was the closest they've ever been to shooting a full auto. Most of the time, they'll have a stutter step with it and baby it so I'll give me hell and tell em to lean on it. Then I'll load it up again and that's when they start raving. It's a hell of a gun. No matter what though, pump or semi, nothing gets a baddy's attention like staring down that big ass bore of a 12er. It's an attention getter from all angles... >:D

Ever seen part of your eye-sac hanging into your sinuses before? I have...lol Here's one of my nose too. My damn nose had been broken so many times they were afraid to break it again to straighten it so they went to town with lasers and called it a day. Dug a trench outta my face so I could breathe and chiseled away a bit of the bone with it too just to smooth the edges... I used to have to stand on my head, fart and have someone punch me in the stomach all at the same time just to blow my damn nose...

I see you do some coatings but I don't see the NiB as an option. Do you guys do it as a service at all?

Gonna have to dust off the trout rods I spose. Opener is the 12th so we'll have to wet some lines and get the trout skillet out for our annual trout feast although the wife is so damn spoiled on salt water fish that she won't eat much trout... Too bad too cuz we'll be catchin em by the damn dozen...lol

It puts big holes in stuff VERY fast... >:D

I think the worst part of being out of shape is all those times I abused my ass from here to tim-buck-two all come back in spades. Shoulders feel like the joints are full of sand, hands ache every single day, knees, hip joints, EVERYTHING. I finally had my face fixed a year or two ago after living with only 1 working nostril and a hole in my eye socket for 20+ years although they couldn't do a thing with the eye socket (messing with it could make me blind) but at least I can breathe now... I think the more bad roads we traveled, the more we NEED to stay in better shape cuz the more you let yourself go, the worse your gonna feel and I am frigging CREAKING in the mornings, limping all the way to the coffee maker like some old geezer that just got done riding a mule off a cliff. Now I just have to START facing the pain of fixing it and THAT will make some it go away...lol It's a horrible, vicious circle and all I seem to have the strength for right now is TYPING about it...lol I'm sitting here laughing at myself thinking what a pussweed "I" turned out to be...lol

This is a lil something I keep around for my wife to back me up with....and yes, she can charge, shoot and reload this thing all day with single 0 buck OR low recoil slugs and kick ass... It's kept handy with an empty chamber but one "ghost loaded" (so all you do is pull back and let it go), 8 in the mag and another 8 on the side-rail. If a couple of mags of 45acps and 17 handy rounds of 12 gauge ain't gonna do it, well, it'll be time to let Houston know we've got a problem.. Of course, we've always got other little odds and ends around too but, well, ya know, not everything is for the internet... >:D

How about a naked man with a gun and an erection? Now THAT'S scary....

I definitely am. My job has me behind a desk all day every day, the winter has lasted forEVER and I haven't even been running in about 5 months nevermind lifting anything heavier than a can of soda... I have GOT to get back into the gym but at 50, I just know it's gonna SUCK for about 3 solid months. I've been talking with my sons about hitting the track soon since the weather is breaking and I normally do a few miles with my 40lb weight vest and have some wrist and ankle weights I throw into the mix once I don't feel like I'm gonna die... My boys are still only 8 and 11 so when I started going to the track with them, slowing myself down with weight was the best way to keep us all together when doing it but now we have drag bags and a sled and the works so they can do some sprints with more of a burden on them too which they enjoy. Now I just have to try and peel my ass out of my recliner and get it going... uggghhhh....

What do you have on order or in the mail? Part 2
Sharkey replied to imschur's topic in General Discussion
Surefire M80 is mounted and I like this thing a lot. I was using a pro-mag I had gotten from a guy for the bubble a year or so ago and I think this set-up might even be lighter than that was and it is definitely thinner. The pro-mag was quite a topic of debate for a while with it's ambiguous 922r compliance anyway although I wasn't really worried about it. I'll have to post some pics in a few days if I get a chance to take some. I think it looks pretty sharp on there but the proof will be in the pudding so I suppose I'll have to heat up the Ole M4 pretty soon and see how she feels with the new grippage... >:D -
It's how we receive it that sets us apart Sir. Sharing it with us means you know what I'm talking about.... :))
