I felt a little ill when I added up what mine cost. I pretty sure my rifle came in at around $3000. Fortunately a friend hooked me up with a Leupold scope at cost and saved me several hundred dollars. You know its a sickness when you drop off $200 on a scope mount and $300 for a trigger and you dont even bat an eye.

Nice! I cant attach lights to a bench. I tend to forget they are there when wrestling with stuff in a vise. In my wood shop I kept whacking the bulbs with wood. I finally broke down and bought those shatter shield bulbs ;D Of course I also put a rifle barrel through my moms favorite tiffany lamp. Im klutzy like that

Us Anodizing - If figure a month and its only been a week. Victor said they could turn around a stripped upper pretty quick but if you added parts that require a different process it slows things down. Its funny I thought the Larue FFHG would be the long wait.

my buddies in Vermont is a haul too, Its a about 330 miles. Hartford is about 40 miles away. We can shave 45 minutes off that 7 hours ;D
