I have one of those hammers as well. The funny thing is that Im a freak of nature and the fingers on my right hand are only about an 1 1/2" long. Yet I still manage to pound my pointer often. I bet if I aimed at it I would miss
  7. lmao Looks great, lets see some more pictures. I would also like to know more about that scope. It looks a bit unusual
  8. LMAO, Hey I checked the usual suspects CTD,Midway,ATG and Cabelas. I did find case quantities, I cant afford that. BTW Panther Player when you google something for someone else you should use this type of search. Try it I think youll enjoy it <munch>
  9. I recall a DPMS employee on another forum stating that DPMS has changed the height of the picatinny on the LR-308's. I believe this is the 3rd or 4th time this has happened. Does anyone have specifics? The difference is measured in the area of the receiver over the charging handle. There are implications to this height change.
  10. Im thinking of getting a Magpul UBR. Does anyone here have any experience with one? Is it as heavy as a PRS?
  11. If any of you notice 32 H&R Magnum ammo in stock at an online store please let me know. This stuff is on backorder everywhere.
  12. My Larue FFHG showed up. This thing is made pretty darn well. Im impressed. Im still waiting on my 18" barrel from DPMS as well as my parts from US Anodizing.
  13. heres a shot from his deck. We shoot on the back side of the brush line and way too the right
  14. No special purpose. It mostly evolved out of parts availability. Here in CT its a paper puncher but i often head to my buddies in Vermont where we shoot at some pretty long ranges. He has an awesome valley right next to his log cabin where we can shoot as far as we want. He has an old jeep just for setting up and checking targets. It's paradise. Up until now we have been using my 22-250 Remington 700 for the long shots. Funny thing, His garden is exactly 100 yards from his deck. We sit there popping the cherry tomatos off the fine. They just disappear, its awesome. i have some pictures Ill post
  15. The people I visit in Pitt got married in Erie ;D . We also head to Franklinville, Olean area of NY
  16. In really starting to dig the appearance of fluted barrels
  17. hey would you be along my path to Pittsburgh enroute from CT? (sorry for the off topic)

  19. thanks
  20. Well I looked all over the largest I could find was 14. The cheapest price I found was $119. Im feeling awesome about this deal. I hope they aren't all left shoes
  21. Hey SWshooter, not related to your question but can your range accommodate 200 yards? I read on some of the sniper sites that many .308's start to show there stuff at 200yds when the bullet has had more time to stabilize. Have you tried prone with a bipod? Thats how I shoot my best. i can loan you a Harris.
