Nay sir, I rather find that imitation is indeed the sincerest form of flattery. Right now I can't decide whether I should try to complete a new build quickly, or just buy a 6mm ARC barrel and swap it into the current Mod 1, and then base a Mod 0 off the Grendel barrel eventually.

The title says it all. We've witnessed on a massive scale lately what happens when the family unit in our nation is discarded in the name of progressivism. I appreciate all of our resident fathers who have made it a point to be a part of their children's life and be a positive influence on them. The value that has for our nation, our freedom, and our quality of life cannot be overstated. As weird as this will sound, you need to measure the length of your recoil buffer, and the internal depth of your buffer tube and post it here in addition to the excellent info already provided. Really appreciate your thorough pictures provided, that's an excellent way to provide data on your issues.

God, Eugene Stoner, and John Moses Browning got together to discuss how to to make the AR platform realize it's ultimate potential: the Mk12 Mod 1 was the result. Tom and I got together to see how we could improve on their success and the Mod 1 Grendel was the outcome. If you fail to build a Mod 1 in 6mm ARC, you'll be letting down God, JMB, Eugene Stoner, Tom, myself, your immediate family, and everyone on this forum. That would be almost impossible to live with... Do the right thing here @DayWalker , but no pressure or anything like that.... 😇

I'm just bustin' your chops bro, I'm more than a little envious of this build... It's been a lot of fun to keep track of it's progress!
