  1. Hell yeah - .45 caliber headache... <lmao>
  2. Outta stock with those guys, brother! I'm searching all over for this thing... :o
  3. Pretty damn hard to find, brother, or I'd already have one on the way. I can make it FDE, too. <laughs> I have a line on one of the 12" versions. Waiting to hear back. <thumbsup>
  4. Hell yeah! :hethan:
  5. Damn. :o That will be a kickass show! <thumbsup>
  6. I somehow KEEP forgetting to call him. >:( I swear every morning that I'll call that day, then get busy at work and forget to do it. I was thinking about it last Sunday morning when I met up with Jon - how convenient that would have been to pick it up, since I was already in Tucson... I'll do my best to remember tomorrow, and see what the status is. Those grips are gonna be SCHWEEEEET!!! :happydrunks:

THAT, my brother, is a GIGANTIC understatement!... <thumbsup> <lmao> <laughs> Wait until yours eats the wooden steps off your deck, at 10mos old... ;D
  8. That's VERY damn cool, big bore!!! <thumbsup> :happydrunks:
  9. Yep, exactly. And that's some new-production Lake City, too. I think you scored, Rob, big time. Do you have a bullet puller? Pull one of the projos and post the pic. That'll tell for sure. I think you nailed some good stuff. If you do pull one, don't spill the powder - weigh the powder charge and see what's up. Sometimes the weight of the charge, when you know the rest of the components, will tell you what powder it is. <thumbsup>
  10. Yes, it definitely could.
  11. I've got alot of time on the M203 - alot, and even more with the old M79 - this thing looks just like a modernized version of the M79. I want it. BAD... :o :cookoo:
  12. Ah poop. I found it... :o https://citadelgunandsafe.com/cart/shop-2/bates-ditius-bd-tbl-37-flare-launcher-with-wood-stock/
  13. ^^^ Not to mention what I've already sent YOU... :o We're both goin' down, man. In flames. <lmao> <laughs>
  14. shepp, with the right holster, brother, you can hide a full-size 1911 - don't even need to be fat to do it!... <thumbsup> <lmao>
  15. AWESOME!!! <thumbsup> :happydrunks:
  16. Jon, I only bought the XD45 because of all the pressure from you plastic-gun people... <lmao> I picked up the LEO version because it's most like a 1911. You plastic-gun people are lucky I caved in that far... <laughs> Greg - no chance, brother. You used a 5" 1911 to outshoot someone with a 4" 1911... Not that you can shoot my Desert Warrior better than I can... ;D <munch> (I feel next year's challenge forming already... )
  17. My opinion on firearm's trusts - they are enforcable legal documents, and should always be prepared by legal professionals. Someone who is not licensed to practice law (gun store person with cookie-cutter trust blank format) - should not be practicing law. That right there, in itself, makes it a bogus legal document. <thumbsup>
  18. Mike, what the hell is that thing, how much does it cost, and where do you get it? That is badass. <thumbsup>
  19. That's the Gen 2. I'd bet it would fit the Gen 1 fronts just fine, brother. Roll pin used to secure the sight post, once sighted in.
  20. Scope: Nikon M-308 with BDC-800 reticle. 40 MOA of internal adjustment, but you probably won't use it, due to the BDC reticle. http://www.nikonhunting.com/products/riflescopes/m-308/4-16x42_SF_BDC_800/8495 Street price under $500, and it includes the mount.
  21. Hit it with a punch that has a face much larger than the pin - to get it moving. I usually use 1/4" or 3/16" to start them on their way. Switch to the smaller punch once you've already got it moving. Hit it like it took something from you. <thumbsup>
  22. Magwa, that's a good front sight setup - I'm running that on two different rifles, and completely recommend it, brother. <thumbsup> Dibs on the front sight, for Magwa, until he can see this/make decision. ;D
  23. How 'bout the 4" barrel, with thumb safety? The LEO model. <thumbsup> 13-rd mag, though.
  24. No such thing as coincidence, brother. There's something here that was meant to be. <thumbsup>
  25. Appleseed Shoot at my range down here (Sierra Vista Shooting Range) on Dec 15th and 16th. I'll be teaching both days. If anyone wants to come down, let me know. I'm gonna see if I can leave my camper on the range that night, and stay out there. Typically, there's no way in hell you can overnight out there, but I'm going to try it and see if I can get that through. The 2-day shoot costs are $70-ish, total. Here's a link with general details: http://appleseedinfo.org/smf/index.php?topic=26878
