  1. H3 buffer, as in "AR15 H3 buffer"?

    Fall fishing.

    Very well done, Al!!!
  3. I don't know why you still talk about @unforgiven like that... That's my brother from another mother, right there...
  4. ^^^ OH NO YOU DIDN'T!!!
  5. PA, LaRue, and DSG Arms are my go-to's anymore. Check out DSG - they're close to you.
  6. So, it held you just fine... That's good, but... If you can hang this dude from it ^^^, then you're set. You seen the pic of him and that Monster Hawg? I think he was bigger than the damn hawg!
  7. That's why I have 12 different calibers for ARs. Might be 13 now, have to go back through the list again, with semi-annual inventory coming up fast... Then pistols, then bolt guns, then shotguns... I'll find something that I can shoot, somewhere in that hardware pile...
  8. Because the steel-cased is usually Russian ammo, steel-core projectiles... No steel-core (and no Green-Tip M855 62gr ammo) on the backstops at indoor ranges... That's predominately the reason. They just lump all steel-cased together, pistol, rifle, whatever. Usually not allowed. I don't let people shoot M855 at my steel targets, because it rips them up. Same rationale.
  9. Fuk it, brother. "Murderer" and "serial killer" labels they're trying to tag you with... SMOKE those raccoons! You have my support.
  10. Well done!

STOP! Wait, hold on, relax. You have two tungsten weights coming to you. You have two tungsten weights in that buffer that you have right now - none of these will go to waste. Buy this buffer from DSG Arms. It's a 2.500" buffer for $22. It's 3.8oz, but it gets its weight from a stainless steel body (not aluminum body), with two steel weights inside. You spend $22, take it apart, take out it's steel weights, replace with the tungsten that you have, and you've made your buffer that you need for way cheaper... https://dsgarms.com/lower-receiver-parts-dsg-4201-0021 Combine that buffer ^^^ with a Sprinco Orange spring, and you're set for your recoil system - done. It'll work like a champ, and I can tell you that what I'm describing is running in my .260 Rem gun right now. Buffer weight comes up to 5.15oz with that combination, and that's close enough to 5.4oz, and works WAY mo' bettah than a 3.8oz buffer and questionable recoil spring.
  12. You haven't been attacked, at all, and you know. You can make this about drama, or stick to your (various) topics presented here. Nobody in this entire thread "attacked" you in any way, shape or form. We've been patiently providing our side of what you've been putting in here, since the beginning. If you feel like you've been attacked - then toughen up. You haven't. Shiit, you still haven't even posted an Intro thread and told us about yourself. Why don't you hit that up and accomplish that task. What exactly is it that you do in AD Military?
  13. Oh, I give not a shiit about making it shorter - I want the full-meal deal when I present that stuff. Don't want anybody to miss anything...
  14. This was Epic. I have further comments about this reply, but I'll hold them for later. It's not against the OP, but that simple sentence explains everything that PSA does with their PA-10 platforms.
  15. Decade of research on that RRA 2-stage. Been following that thing that long, since it's inception. Not my fault, brother.
  16. ^^^ DITTO. Research is your friend, the history is DEEP... https://www.google.com/search?q=RRA+2-stage+trigger+problems&client=firefox-b-1-d&ei=Uls4Ya_YLLP09AOFyruAAw&oq=RRA+2-stage+trigger+problems&gs_lcp=Cgdnd3Mtd2l6EAMyBggAEBYQHjIGCAAQFhAeOgcIABBHELADOgkIABDJAxAWEB5KBAhBGABQqIcBWKmjAWD4tgFoAXACeACAAa0BiAHBC5IBAzAuOZgBAKABAcgBCMABAQ&sclient=gws-wiz&ved=0ahUKEwivyez74u7yAhUzOn0KHQXlDjAQ4dUDCA4&uact=5
  17. AZ is a drought. Then it rains like fuk during the summer. Yeah, that's it. FML.
  18. Listening to this one right now - because of the dilemna I'm in. I'm so fucked it ain't even funny. When it rains, it pours, and I'm drowning right now. Buzz Lightyear says it better than I can. I'm in an mental JAM right now...
  19. I knew he'd find that hidden treasure sooner or later... I'm glad it was later... That just made it better...
  20. Holy Shiit - I just made "Apprentice" with ^^^ that post. Moving up in the world, men.
  21. Shooting it again on 19 Sep. I will for sure get pics of it then. Unreal, how smooth it was - for a mass-produced combat gun from WW 1. The markings on the slide, blew me away, just looking at it. How it shot - was not expecting that. Was expecting a WW1 gun. It was smoooooth... Didn't think that was gonna happen. I'll get pics, brothers. This is a Relic, and a great survivor.
  22. No, hell no, Full Stop. You need THIS. Period. Armalite part number AR10REKIT01. Everything else that stated that "it's the same" is just cobbled together shiit, and it is NOT the same. https://www.armalite.com/SACItem.aspx?Item=AR10REKIT01&ReturnURL=/Armalite/Product-Category/AR10-Parts-Accessories/Lower-Receiver-Parts&Category=ac614400-ff09-4cdf-9d35-419a654e7201 It's out of stock right now - but look up their contact information from the link I just gave you, and call them on the phone, talk to a human. You might be surprised.
  23. Gas tube is damn near there, right in the middle of the cam-pin cutout in that upper receiver, from the pic he posted. I'd leave the gas tube alone for now, and focus on that recoil system. Fix that, and we move to gas port diameter int he barrel, next. Gas tube doesn't look bad to me.
  24. I at least had a bone thrown my way, consolation prize, kinda... Ironic - probably felt the force in that topic - which is about to get spicy, me thinks... Hi 98Z5V, You have been warned by xxxxx for a comment made in a topic, 6.5 creed questions Reason: Just because it's Tom Content: 6.5 creed questions Penalty: Given 32,189 points which expire 10/08/2021 04:20 AM Note: Your warnings went away, just keeping you honest. Lmao
  25. We'll need pics of the bodies of those perpetrators. Gotta smoke 'em. For the damage they done...
