  1. Gas port on that barrel should be north of 0.080". 80-thou. That's a Mega 20" barrel - I imagine it's rifle-length gas?
  2. So, when does the tracking info say it's gonna arrive?...
  3. You missed the points about the sling swivel, carry handle, and front sight assembly that comes on the M110... ...because they don't come on the M110... It was that stuff I high-lighted in .Red.. <lmao>
  4. You happen to measure the diameter of the gas port in the barrel, by chance?
  5. They've arbitrarily tossed some Service Rifle rules into that M110 Classification, that don't belong there. * There is no front sling swivel on the M110. * There is no carry handle on the M110. * There is no front sight assembly on the M110. So, they need to think those rules through, and change them to fit the "U.S. Rifle, Caliber 7.62mm series, as issued by the U.S. Armed Forces..."
  6. Hit up D Wilson Manufacturing for the BCG - he makes very high quality parts. http://www.dwilsonmfg.com/store/c5/AR10_Parts.html Hit MechArmor Defense for the charging handle. The 308AR.com Group Buy is always in effect.
  7. I'll even paint my $hit if it'll make the OP feel better. I always wanted to anyway... <dontknow>
  8. Was selling for $28k here: http://www.gunsamerica.com/904995590/KNIGHT-S-ARMAMENT-M110-SASS-SNIPER-SYSTEM-NIB.htm Bonus price of $22k here: http://store.avguns.com/kac-m110-sass-tactical-deployment-package/ Good luck of every finding one, really for sale. Good luck in having that kinda loot, if you do find one. <dontknow> <thumbsup>
  9. I think you're right - when it's almost $500, on sale... ...when you can find it in stock...

Just do black ink - you already have the FDE filled in. It'll be less painful that way... <lmao>

    I KNEW IT! :hethan:
  13. You nailed it, right outta the gate.
  14. The title of the thread is "308 projo sale" - what does you post about CDNN rifle sales have to do with 308 projo sales? <dontknow> Just curious.
  15. This is nothing new, and has always been the case. You certainly can't fire 7.62x39 with an AR15 bolt.
  16. As close as I got: This is your goal:
  17. It's a non-stressed part in a non-stressed area - shouldn't matter if it's coat hanger or piano wire, either will never really hit a failure-rate type of activity. It just sucks that you guy have to mod the stuff in that manner, and not even know about it until you get the receiver to assemble. It's definitely not a show-stopper; more of an assembly PITA...
  18. ^^^ Those are the Hi Rider height - that really tall bastard.
  19. Maybe 0.030" thick. Definitely not 3/10" thick, though.
  20. You're perfectly fine on your own. Good luck.
  21. Looks like the Windham barrrel is setup using Armalite specs, at least for the lengths and distances.
  22. You can't be serious. It's not that hard... https://www.google.com/#q=.308+Winchester+headspace+gauges
  23. You have the A2 spacer, and the longer vented screw, too? Lower receivers are all thread the same, so they don't care what you thread into them.
  24. That's a pretty significant fukup, on the manufacturers part. Had they gone in from the bottom, like most other 308AR manufacturers, then the standard AR15 parts would work just fine. Pretty $hitty to leave you guys, as the buyers, to figure that out on your own...
