Don't need my tax dollars being spent to make the big toys quiet. So have they effectively changed a great piece of mobile artillery into a fixed fortification? Holy Crap!

People that live close to impact ranges are aware of the implications prior to renting or buying a house. Never seemed to bother me even when the windows would shake occasionally from the impacts or explosions. You kind of get used to it.
