Are you talking about recoil, and the rifle moving to the rear?  Or are you talking about an unsecured charging handle that does it's own thing?...

No, he's talking on that gun in the video. Watch some of the vid and see the handle move in and out. It doesn't make full travel, but it's definitely moving.

The Dutch AR10 above?  The charging handle is inside the carry handle...

Looks like it's moving an inch or two, but it's enclosed so I don't see it being anything to worry about. It doesn't have a locking latch like a standard CH so some friction movement would be expected.

Yup.  Moving back about an inch and a half it appears right in front of his cheek.

 

It's acceptable because it's an original select-fire Armalite.
