The complete Puritan upper is now available! This 7.62X39 upper receiver will fit on any AR15/M16 lower receiver and comes standard with the POF-USA short stroke gas piston system. This comes with two 28-round magazines

 

POF upper receiver assemblies are made-to-order.  PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 1-2 WEEKS FOR DELIVERY.

Barrel
• 16.5″ medium profile “5R” button twist rifled.
• 4150 Mil-B-11595 chrome-moly-vanadium alloy (machine gun rated).
• Nitride heat-treated barrel.
• 7.62X39  chamber.

Method of Operation
• Gas Piston operated, rotating bolt (short stroke system).
• 3-position gas system for normal, suppressed, and bolt-action operating modes.
• C.R.O.S.™ (Corrosion Resistant Operating System) Nitride heat treated barrel, single-piece gas block, Nitride heat-treated gas plug, chromed gas piston, and Nickel Boron  coated bolt carrier assembly (one-piece) all billet machined.

That upper alone is a great deal.  If anyone here has ever considered an AR in 7.62x39 caliber this is the time to pounce on one.  It is a bit steeper in price than what your average and basic 7.62x39 upper can be had for but it appears you'll get your extra money's worth with this piston system, especially shooting the cheaper foreign ammo.  No modifications are needed to the average AR15 lower to run this upper.
