Normally there should be too much difference in the chamber diameter between 22lr and 22mag to allow for proper functionality of a magazine swap type system. The extraction would be the first problem to solve, then the lead buildup in the lead area of the chamber would be next problem to overcome.

My guess is a new version of the gun with the proper barrel to match. Either way, I want one, just can't find 'em for a decent price as they are so popular the stores are keeping the price high.

You would definately need a new barrel to shoot the Long Rifle (or any of the other straight-cased .22 rounds).

Kel-Tec should make a dedicated .22LR version.

Way to go sisco give it 100 rds to smooth out just this weekend my budy got his and he brought it over and we shot it his is FDE as well I am jealous .... lol

That is WAY more reasonable that the prices they were getting.  Probably now that all the "I MUST have one" people have one, inventories are stocking up and dealers realize they need to unload them.

There is still a glut on .22 Magnum Magwa ammo around here.

 He has been shooting so much of it they are changing the name.

Turned out not to work that great. The Hi Vis sights are so easy on the eyes, I found myself ignoring the laser and using them. Impressed a kid with an AR15 at the range, he wanted to know all about it.

Where the heck are you guys getting .22 Mag ammo?!  That stuff is more rare than .22LR here.

When ever I was looking for 22 LR I always saw 22 mag here. I haven't looked for anything in awhile tho

A local Farm and Fleet has a ton of it.But a little pricey.

no shortage around here runs about 10.95 a box and a good selection of manufacturers...
