WTB upgraded trigger for AR .308

I have a Geissele now and really enjoy it.  My dad bought a complete AR 10 from a gun shop but it has every basic part possible.  For gifts I'm slowly trying to upgrade his rifle to something comfortable and more functional.  Let me know if you have any take offs or I'm open to suggestions.  He is getting back into shooting but at this time a $300 trigger would not quite be appreciated fully so I would.

One suggestion is a Larue trigger.  Regular price is $125, but they go on sale for $99 around some holidays.

Inexpensive, and easy to install. It is an amazingly good trigger at a very low price.

The best time to get a SSA or SSA-E was Labor day. La Rue's trigger is great for the money. The only single stage trigger for the least amount of money is the ACT is a great deal also.

Velocity, single stage, breaks like a candy cane, drop in easy install, $125 bucks or less all day long. I have 3 of them & like the feel of them better than my Geissele.
