I'm using the spring and buffer that came with the POF kit it is a rifle spring with an ar 15 size buffer. Its a good deal stiffer spring.

Now you lost me...

What "POF kit" are you running?  Got a link to it?

EDIT - this has to be the one - that receiver extension should have an internal depth of 7 5/8" to run that AR-15 Carbine buffer.

Like a AR 10 or close to it , POF can run a lot of proprietary components , but if it was a whole kit , it should work .

The Anti Tilt Receiver Extension will not stop the BCG from hitting, if it was going back far enough to hit the Lower Receiver .

Could a dirty chamber cause poor ejection?

Poor extraction, when shooting suppressed I have to clean the chamber good after 70-100 rounds or I start having issues.

Also I have an h3 buffer from bravo company, would it be a good idea to try that out?  Would that slow down the bcg enough to eliminate the bcg from hitting the buffer tube?

Buffer weight won't matter if the extension tube depth allows the carrier to travel far enough to strike the tube or receiver. My Aero buffer kit allowed the carrier to strike my receiver just in front of the tube. I cut a small notch in the tube for the detent so I could get one more revolution inward with the extension and still had to add a couple quarters in the bottom of the tube so the carrier would not have so much forward travel before hitting the bolt catch, about 3/16 inch is where I ended up. You want that bumper on the buffer to hit the bottom of the tube before the carrier can hit the front of the tube or receiver.

I just want to add one more thing here, and I think I've got the info right - I might be wrong, though.

I'm pretty sure that Slash@heavybuffers.com recommended using the Armalite EA1095 spring in the 308s, no matter what you were running (rifle buffer system, carbine buffer system, Armalite, DPMS, whatever...)...

If I'm wrong, I hope Slash shows back up and corrects this info.  I'm pretty sure that's good info, though.

Armalite recommends that spring for both rifle and carbine systems. Seems like Slash may cut a coil or two for carbine  but I can't find any confirmation on that.
