WonderMonkey Posted September 14, 2011 Report Share Posted September 14, 2011 Like many people coming here I am looking into getting a .308 in the AR body style and want to start to wade through the options. I'll be using it for hunting. I could get a nice regular rifle and scope for cheaper but I am fond of the AR body style from my days in the military.I haven't looked yet but I'm hoping there is a "Hey noob, read HERE first" type thread to keep me from repeating the same questions many others have asked.
