First, welcome to the forum.

Second, we're going to need more information about you and what type of rifle you are wanting to build.  Recommendations are easy, but good information is much harder to give if we don't have anything to go on.

For instance, where do you live?  A recommendation for someone in Kansas might get you in trouble in California or New York.

What caliber rifle?  Etc...

Doc, I grew up in Louisiana and now live in West Texas. I work in the oilfield. Most of what I have now is Aero. I'm kinda thinking of staying with them because of the tight fit. But now Im needing lpk and a quality but inexpensive trigger. I know what stock I want just trying to slowly pick up the parts. Oh, I also need a BCG and charging handle.

Aero makes a great lower and I would stick with it if you have their upper.  It will reduce problems.

Are you going with a rifle or carbine stock?

This is great and will work if you use a carbine stock.  It is out of stock.  If you call them, they sometimes can piece one together.

A great trigger for not too much is the Larue MBT2S.  At $80, you can't beat it for the price.

I will leave the LPK to others with more experience with them.  There are some parts better than others.
