Buffer suggestion for PSA mid length upper

What does this mean now, besides me being slightly retarded....😐

Try a standard AR15 buffer and an H2 to see if it works any better than the H3. Try the combos with the different spring that you have.

I would expect there to be some dings on the ears of your lower from using the short buffer.  Did it recoil kind of hard?

Yeah, this won't work either..... I just found the specs on it:  length is 4.125" long.  No go there.

You could use it if you got an Armalite AR10 (can't find one available at the moment) or VLTOR A5 receiver extension.  That would get you the length to be able to use the longer buffer if needed.

I just noticed the dings after you mentioned it.  There is only one ding, on the left side of the tube.

Recoil:  I never really noticed much difference from this rifle to another.  BUT, that is really due to me not shooting my previous rifles alongside this one.  I am now going to get one of my old ones back for testing side by side.

Well, I installed the Sprinco spring/H3 buffer, and just working the charging handle is a NOTICABLE different feel than any of the other springs that I have had in the rifle.  I feel the need to do a couple more curls due to the change in the amount of force needed to work the handle.  Didn't have the time to get to the range, but that will, now, need to be waited upon until Thurs/Fri sometime.

Well, there is just this one thing...........

If you put the correct parts into something, it usually works correctly.

Putting in the correct length buffer, with a good spring, really makes the rifle eject into the perfect place.

H3 with orange Sprinco

And just a small bit of knowledge.  Knowing that I had the wrong buffer would have saved a lot of dumbassery for the last bit.  I just didn't know what I didn't know, and that is that.

Thanks for all the help and suggestions, guys.
