What do you leave the others, that will follow you in these steps that you've taken? What guidance have you given, information shared, things taught? What have you passed on, to the next generation? And the next generation after that? I've been working on making my own mark, for about 40 years now. Since 1986. Influence others, guide, direct, train. 3 things every leader needs to provide to his soldiers - Purpose, Motivation, and Direction. I've been trying here, since 2010.
