From what I've heard, have him sign up for an account before be gets in there at midnight, just to speed the process up. Lots of people have been getting close to finishing up the order, and it boots you before you're done - all orders for the day filled already. It'll also be wise to pre-select everything he wants, well beforehand. Cruise the website, and see what you want, well before midnight. Call DD the next day with FFL info and see how they want it presented to them. <thumbsup>When I deal with companies that don't have my FFL on file, I email a scanned copy of it to them, which has always been acceptable.
