blue109 Posted March 4, 2013 Report Share Posted March 4, 2013 last year i bought a couple TangoDown ARC mags from brownells on manufacturers clearance. its an AZ company, they are not as common, and they look sweet. i wanted to like them. unfortunately they seem to have a major design flaw that occasionally causes the rounds to nose-dive into the front of the mag and jam the gun up. they have been sitting in the back of the closet collecting dust and i finally decided to just get rid of them. on a whim i decided to shoot TD an email and see if they had any fix for the mags poor performance. about 10 min. later, Jeff from TD responded. he told me to box them up and send them in, and he would have gen 2 mags right out to me to replace them. no questions. no fuss. always great to find companies who stand behind a product 100% <thumbsup> Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
