SRT1911 Posted April 19, 2013 Report Posted April 19, 2013 Hi all. I picked up a Rock River LAR 8 Standard A4 about 5 months ago. Got it for a price I couldn't pass up not realizing how proprietary the RRA design is. Also, initially thought that its use of FAL mags was a plus until the recent insanity. Got almost 500 mostly flawless rounds through it so far and have been impressed with the accuracy using my loads. Hoping bipod groups will improve after floating the barrel. Thanks to all for the info I've gleened while lurking. I'm looking forward learning more!

unforgiven Posted April 20, 2013 Report Posted April 20, 2013 I also got the Coyote w/20"HBAR it's been flawless.Glad you were able to get you'r LAR-8.There are a few men here that have been waiting for awhile.I waited for about 5 mos. when things were pre-nuts for Standard Operator w/20" barrel and all the ambi extras.
