blue109
How close is too close? I just finished a build and the scope objective looks to be sitting on the rail...but you can slide a piece of printer paper between them. its pretty darn close lol. Any issues with that? Am I good to go as long as there is no contact? Think there may be contact during recoil? I'm using my SS1-9x and PRI rings so its solid gear. planeflyer21
As long as it isn't flexing enough to make contact under recoil, you're good!
survivalshop
Should be OK , now using a scope cover may be problematic . You can always use higher rings or mount , if you want to go that route.
shibiwan
Wish I could get mine that low... I'm down to about 1/4" As long as there's no contact, you'll be fine. Edited November 16, 2013 by shibiwan
