The only thing I think is that we are outnumbered by morons, who are breeding more morons. Unless we find a way to outbreed them or thin the herd, it's going to be tough. I was merely joking about the minority status situation. The whole cater to the few mentality that is out there surely will not cater to us. That's the good news, they can't hit everyone at once. After the first run of confiscation it's game over for them. Though, in a quick move to quiet the spread of the attack, expect to see telephones not work and the Internet be down. Once they start raiding houses it will be time to head for the hills....it's just going to take a little work to get the word out. I wouldn't even trust radios to not be jammed. If you do operate a radio, it's going to have to be on frequencies out of the normal band and even with that they will be monitored and jammed faster than Feinstein can chew the head off a kitten. Communication is going to be tough which is hard to imagine for us in the digital age...I only use my phone for this forum 99% of the time. So there is the other clue, when the phones and computers go down...load up and head for the bunker.

I'd like to believe that would be the case, but I know my chances against a trained team of house raiders....not very good. On top of that, I'm guessing you'll never see it coming. They'll blow the door at 3am while you're asleep and you'll be staring down a handful of barrels. After they drag your ass out of bed you will likely be detained in the back of a cruiser while they ransack your house and demo your gun safe. We are after all nothing more than gun owning criminals once they get their laws through.
