Its the Rail Spec's from one Upper Receiver to another , some it slides right on & some its a little tight , I believe its more the Coating on the Upper or who did it thats the issue , maybe some are thicker then others .

We have a management firm that does all our operations , legal & day to day , I get at least two letters a year from them about it on their monthly inspection . I called them the Yard Gestapo a couple weeks ago about another matter & I'm on the HOA Board . 98 is right , these things pump out dead spiky leaves that will gig you no matter what type of gloves you have on or how you handle them .

It would be the shortest rifle I have & its a Big Bore .

I have had no issues & have done doz's of HG's & Add on Rails , sometimes you just cant pay attention to reviews .I did notice it is a little tight on some Upper Receiver Rails , but a little Lube or grease & its has no problem . You can use a Good size Scope Ring between the two Rails to hold alignment when attaching the HG .

Just shoot the rifle with different ammo & Bullet weights & see what it likes . More fun then doing math

Have someone chuck the Barrel in a Lathe , turn it down , even the Muzzle device , if needed .

I think it should be FDE though , it looks odd in Black on that rifle . I have the FDE version on my Slug gun . They may have it on there in black to show the stock . I'm more interested in the Folding stock for a Truck gun .

Its the tool I use to install Rails or Railed HG's . I can not tell if the rail to rail alignment is off ,for sight to the left with the photo's available . Not unusal to have a rear sight like that , depends on many factors , Ammo, Cheek weld , Sights , Barrel , Muzzle device or Suppressor attachment & the Shooter . I think its normal for a Suppressor to shoot better groups .

He just needed a new Barrel , that one shot like $hit , so now he will just put a Free floatHand Guard & Match Barrel with a Brake on the lefty model upper . His facts are wrong also , you can tell he listens to CNN BS about school shootings .

You would still need a Armalite AR 10 308 Buffer Spring ( Same Spring for Rifle or Carbine , 34 coils /13.750" long but different Length/Weight Buffers ) with the AR 10 Receiver extension & the AR 15 H3 Buffer .

I had to use my new fancy Tool & when cleaning a completely field stripped Garand , I noticed the Gas Cylinder was loose on the Barrel , so some great YT Videos out on all things M1 & here is this one I used . https://www.bing.com/videos/search?q=tightening+gas+assembly+on+the+m1+garand&qpvt=tightening+gas+assembly+on+the+m1+garand&view=detail&mid=5EC3F2FF95566D2F33A85EC3F2FF95566D2F33A8&&FORM=VRDGAR I lightly tapped on both sides of the Top Spline & it didn't take much to tighten it up , so I had to use light tapping of my nylon hammer to seat it & no more wiggle of the Gas Cylinder & as you know , the M1 Garand has its sight attached to it so it should make a difference in groups. I have a NM front Sight on my M1 .

Fox news 's, Greg Gutfield's opening monolog , called " Period " was spot on about this whole thing about school shooting . It was just on & no video of it yet that I can find , but will when its available .

But getting shot is ! He makes great sense , but that one line is just pure baloney , all anyone has to look at is , as I said before , is Israel , they don't seem to have an issue with armed protectors & are at the top of the best learning schools in the world . Lets face it , too many Libfuk taught teachers in all of our schools & not enough battle hardened ones to go around that would not hesitate to use deadly force when required . You can arm anyone , doesn't mean they will use it when confronted with Bullets flying in their direction . LEO's will not have the same issue, I'm not saying Teachers are cowards , I just don't think they are equipped to handle the situation , some will be , but you will find to many are not . As far as , trying to get any kind of Parent change with the same Libfuk attitude that has been propagated in our society , is equally going to fail . The Mental Heath issue is also a way to stop some of this before it happens , no, not a dragnet to pull in everyone with Mental Health issues , but its not hard to pick out most of the crazy ones that are a threat to society . I worked in Hospitals & had to go into the psych wards , many times in different Hospitals & in Different States , & I didn't stay in a Holiday inn last night & turned into a brain Doctor , but I can tell you which I would not trust with a Firearm or a Knife or even a car for that matter . So a trained Doctor should not have an issue if they are sent in for a Baker act or something like that . I dont think its going to be one thing that will stop these kind of shootings , its going to take a combination of things , a little tweaking here & there . You don't let Convicted Felons to have a firearm , why would you let someone who is going around telling FB or such your going to be a pro School shooter , they need to be looked at & any instruments of destruction should be removed from their ability to use them , Until they are well again , drunk talk or what ever , we owe it to our children & society .

Not really , the Pin will just fall out with out anything holding the Pins Detent in the Pins Grove to hold it in from falling out . You can find any spring that will fit in the hole & long enough to hold the Detent inlace till the correct one shows up . If the spring you have is functional , even if bent , use it till a new one arrives .
