Nice rifle. How do you like the P.E.P.R. mount? I'm thinking of getting one for my AR-15. Is it heavy? Also I notice your muzzle brake is turned 90 degrees. What's the benifit there?

Has anyone here heard of or checked out goooh.com? Stands for Get Out Of Our House. They seem to have a pretty good system on how to clean up the corruption, but it is going to take a lot of getting it out there & getting involved. I joined a few years ago.

there is only 7 items at the 30 seconds or less stage, so every user is fighting over those 7 items. No wonder the price gets so high.

I found a forum that says it is $29 for 30 bids & the cheapest cost per bid is $680 for 1000 bids. That M1A is up to $284.53, so if everyone bidding had the best package, then the company has made $19,348 on the $1,800 rifle & it is still climbing.

NIS 2012, came with my new laptop. My other laptop runs NIS Business Suite. Used McAfee before & got a virus that McAfee didn't detect. Took a couple weeks from when I spotted it, to when they created the definition. I check NIS at the time & they had a definition for it the whole time. This was a few years ago, so I can't remember exactly what brought my attention to the virus or what the virus did. I am more than happy with NIS.

The creedmoor case is shorter, so the long 6.5 bullet isn't seated as deap in the case as the 260. Plus I really like the name, sounds cooler. Creedmoor aaaahhhh :drool:

My next rifle is going to be the 6.5 Creedmoor. Longer range & flatter trajectory over the 308.

I just downloaded the Strelok app & inputted my rifle & bullet data from my Shooter app. At 500 yards the Strelok app has 4.68 inches of drop more than the Shooter app. I checked jbmballistics.com & they give the same drop as the Shooter app. I know my Shooter app is dead on because I was taking out gallon water jugs at 500 yards with my 308 & my 204. Both scopes were doped to what the Shooter app calculated. It's a shame the Strelok app isn't accurate because I really like the reticle feature.

What made you want to spend the $5 on the Nikon app? I have the Shooter app & love it.

Yeah that was me shooting my 204. I wish I would have video taped the time before that. I used my LRT-SASS & when the pumpkin exploded my sister made a comment that it would blow someones head off. She didn't realize that I put the tanerite in pumpkin & she thought the 308 did all the damage. <laughs> If you have never tried the stuff, then you gotta get some. In both videos I only filled 5.5 oz V8 cans. Which is about 1/3 lb of the stuff. Have a Happy Thanksgiving!

Here's what I'll be doing. It's been our tradition to go out Thanksgiving morning, shoot a couple hundred rounds then go home & get stuffed.

Anyone try making the SASS GB adjustable? Here is my plan: Drill a hole through the gas block (either on the side or the front) to the gas port between the gas tub & barrel. Tap the hole & insert a set screw. I'm pretty cheap, so I try jerry-rigging stuff first. Sometimes it ends up costing me in the long run though.

Knight's Armament M110, but couldn't afford it so I bought the DPMS LRT-SASS.

Have you looked at the DPMS LRT-SASS? You can pick one up on gunbroker for $1800. Here's a pic of mine with a few mods.
