  3. Sad situation, report was the guy came up on the deputy from behind.Where's the outrage......I guess to these fukheads only certain lives matter. That God welcomes this man into heaven with open arms.He leaves behind a wife and family.
  4. Haven't measured group sizes, the rifle shoots better than me.As a lefty all the ambi features especially the bolt release are perfect.I you expect to make alot of changes put a .308 AR together.Just keep the upper/lower matching to minimize problems.DPMS parts work better for that application.Just my 2 mags. The land in the southern part of the state changes quite a bit it is a very nice area.
  5. I have the Lar-8 Standard Operator, has run flawless. It's 14.5 lbs. with a full steel mag.I have RRA in 5.56 also ,they have been without issue.Damn good products.Welcome from Indiana brother. Can't go wrong with whatever you chose.

  9. Got 100 rds for $90.00 on stripper clips in original cloth bandaler's.Said he had 1K rds. but I didn't get a price.Aim Surplus has .303 Briish on sale every so often.Damn nice rifle, lighter than my Garand..303.brit. doesn't seem to compare to 30-06.Happy none the less. The whole process through Gunbroker was a good experiance.I'd do it again. To get a WWII era Garand would be great.Love that damn rifle.FYI .303 2,440 ft/sec.,170 -180 gr.rd ---- 30-06 2,910 ft/sec.,150-168 gr. rd..

  21. The flip-over limiters used in a lot of motels are a lot more effective and quicker to use. Same thing here though, as un forgiven noted, buy some longer screws for these, also. Wife locked keys to the motel room in the room,we had door limiter flipped on the door. There were 2 entrances.Employee stuck a rolled up paper between the door and limiter and fliped it open in a matter of minutes.Don't put alot of faith behind it.
