I will also try it with the 14.5, Got the Magpul stubby on handguard now.Don't think it will work on Ripper [Lar-8] maybe coyote.But I thinks rifle hold will work the same as carbine type.Although I see the guys with 18" rifles employ that hold <dontknow>

Grandmother lived on the westside in SanAntonio.One day the gangbangers across the street discharged a round that hit the van breaking the window,thru the exterior wall [drywall] and lodged in the closet.She moves a picture on the wall covering the hole coming thru the exterior wall and it was right at my ear level.Luckily grandma was short.After they discharged the round grandma went across the street and read them the riot act,where they couldn't apologize enough to her.They payed to repaire van and sent a guy over to fix the walls.These were dirt mean hardcore guys that feared my grandmother.
