  1. Racist! <laughs>
  2. "Hey! Where'd the teeth go?" <slowly extends finger towards whirring blade> <laughs> Glad you still have that finger.
  3. Chit! Drew's been raised from the dead! Glad to see you Drew! I can TOTALLY picture Rene doing that in real life...with his Mossy, bayonet from Beachin' attached. :yup:
  4. Makes one wonder which way someone travelled from Singapore to the USA? <dontknow>
  5. Zombie threads!! :leghump:
  6. Not to mention that, as usual, colt is well behind the curve on market trends, marketing, and niches. http://www.rockriverarms.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=category.display&category_id=558
  7. Beautiful rifle Masakari! Love the retro look! R2-gasm in 3...2...
  8. That's okay brother...no need to see that. I don't even want to imagine it.
  9. Too little, too late. The badge of Colt Firearms is now the firearms version of Indian Motorcycles, just relying solely on the name and a couple of gimmicks to get in just a few more sales. Maybe someone will pick up the badge that truly loves firearms and will turn out quality products for the public's consumption (like current Indians). But the overpriced dogcrap with the Colt name upon it at the stores here look just like that...especially when held side-by-side with same-priced or less expensive products from Springfield, Kimber, SIG, Smith & Wesson.
  10. That had to be Bubba. :yup:
  11. <laughs> <lmao> Maybe they have an old Chevette he can drive.
  12. The formula politicians use is this: For every 1 person we hear from about their concerns, there are 1,000 more people with the same view. When hearing from lobby groups, they look at the organization's official stance and the number of members. This gives groups like the AARP a HUGE advantage. Now the fallacy in this ratio of contactors to theoretically like-minded people is that, with a group like the AARP with 20 million members means they are speaking for 20 BILLION like-minded people. Politicos take that to heart. So when the NRA...with 5,000,000 dues-paying members says "Yeah, we're good a law that says imported pistols need three manual safties, you can't mail order surplus rifles, and all new firearms sales must go through a Federal Firearm Licensed dealer," the vote-whoring politico thinks it's okay to violate his Oath to uphold the Constitution. When a ZERO TOLERANCE Second Amendment group such as Gun Owners of America (GOA) or the Second Amendment Foundation (SAF) tells elected politicos "No, stuff it up your arse you totalitarian San Francisco salad tosser!", they look at the memberships of 100k or so then kick them to the curb. After saying some lame shite like... "Thank-you for taking the time to give me your opinion. While I fully support the Second Amendment and the right to own sporting purposed over/under shotguns, common sense legislation is something everyone (in that big gun lobby group) supports. Your D.C. politico <insert mass stamped signature here>."
  13. Maybe a few of us skinnier ones. <laughs>
  14. The NRA was onboard with the 1968 Gun Control Act (along with big gun dealers and manufacturers). The membership was quite pissed about that, which led to the 1977 "member revolt" lead by Neal Knox and others. The current usual suspects running the NRA (the ones with the "We know better than you about your rights" attitude) shut that down with all sorts of dirty tricks. Spoke with one person who witnessed Marion Hammer unplug the PA system during Neal Knox's speech. This, plus shenanigans in 1986 and the early 1990s, helped groups like the SAF and GOA grow substantially. It was NOT the NRA that took Heller vs DC to court, even though they claim the victory. The NRA's myopic view on "gun rights" has led much of the Constitutionalist movement to label the organization as a "Fudd sporting purpose" group. :soap:
  15. Very nice! It's not your's until you mod it.
  16. Those H2 750s...2-strokes from hell...were no joke. Three 250cc cylinders conspiring to make you think you had full control. Tom should get one of those engines, drop it into his Honda 500 for a Frankenreaper.
  17. <lmao> <laughs> I almost posted the same damn thing, but thought "These guys don't give a damn what it is unless it's on the grill."
  18. If he didn't order FDE he'll never hear the end of it.
  19. Because if it's not right:
  20. Sportsman's Warehouse has been getting these in stock. Going to have to check on the price.
  21. JDAMs, particle lasers, directed energy weapons...they don't give a $hit if we have kinetic energy weapons anymore.
  22. That's the same commercial I thought of when he said "Angus".
  23. And SS wins the month's supply of haggis!
