  1. We have only a few of Clint's movies, not sure which ones he directed but all the ones we have KICK ASS! With the exception of that phuckin' blonde chick in the final Dirty Harry movie...she was barely tolerable in The Outlaw Josey Wales. Unforgiven Joe Kidd Gran Torino Dirty Harry Magnum Force The Enforcer Sudden Impact Flags Of Our Fathers Been dropping the "Sure would be nice to have the 'Man With No Name' trilogy" hints for a few years now...will probably have to purchase those on my own.
  2. Those are nice! You really should use hand held flashilghts though. <laughs>
  3. Hey! It's all pink underneath. Wait...what?
  4. You talking The Bridges of Madison County here? He's directed quite a few awesome movies.
  5. You can find lots of talk about slower (looser) twist rates among the benchrest crowd, many saying the same thing Gibbs has stated...albeit a bit differently. A 1:12 or 1:14 twist rate on something like .308 Winchester allows a hotter powder load with heavier bullets, without worrying too much about over pressure issues. Had a retail customer that bought two of the CZ 527s, one of the carbines and a varminter. He was pulling his hair out trying to find one load for both, called CZ, and they stated (IIRC) the carbine has a 1:8 twist, the varminter a 1:12 twist for these reasons. Apparently the Europeans believe the theory too.
  6. When we getting a Tacticat update?
  7. Some middle-easterner marksmanship training! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lqu8yIX1oN8
  8. AdamO, what is your "hobbiest grade" machine?
  9. Howdy from AZ Dougie! What part of west Texas? Or are you from West, Texas?
  10. Welcome from AZ Sean!
  11. Where are the .308 and .223?
  12. Oh yeah! I'm sure with all that extra material on it, it will handle .460 Rowland just fine!
  13. Oh the slow motion puts it over the top! Dead rats are good rats.
  14. I'm thinking something along these lines will do nicely. Shibi...I'll need a few accoutrements!
  15. Who doesn't?! As far as hunting, the archers are the ones that get me...have to have the latest PSE or newest Matthews, because it's 12fps faster. My 45# Indian Archery recurve still seems to drop them...must be the .45acp of the bow world.
  16. I was neutered for about a week...couldn't post or reply. Robo said he fixed it, gave me a warning point, and it STILL wasn't fixed (abuse under badge of authority there). Robo did finally fix it...and I owe him a beer now! :happydrunks:
  17. "Smells like iron!" <laughs>
  18. Do so knowing you are protected...in Cali.
  19. That was an awesome video! Being a former SEAL who kicked an officer's ass, then downgraded to ship's cook, I can totally related to being pissed at these... Oh wait. That was Steven Seagal. Seriously though...where are all the cooks, the supply clerks, administrative assistants, large vehicle mechanics?
  20. I remember when Cali banned the .50BMG. The argument used was "These rounds can penetrate an armored limousine. We need to protect our citizens." Hunh? So armored limo = good. Armored person = bad.
  21. Very cool Magwa! I remember using the bow method in summer camp and the Boy Scouts...but we were never given the "why", just the "do it like this".
  22. Well Micro, I'm sure your "brother-in-law" will be happy with the Hi-Point "he" wanted! What kind of ammo did you get?
  23. Welcome from AZ!
