I feel horrible for the girl. Ours shot a Sten at an age younger than this girl...with me hanging onto it "just in case". Looking at the video, this was a neglident...not an accident. -

Looks like Alliant Reloader powder, hard to say what number though without a reference. The higher the number, the bigger the little cylinders of powder. Use the Reloader 7 for .30-30...fairly small. Seen the Reloader 19 used in .300 Win Mag and it DWARFS the RL7.
