  1. Don't wrap your thumb around the grip of the stock, holding your hand like a taco with your trigger finger on the trigger and touching nothing else.
  2. I have some friends that shoot on the Miculek's squads sometimes. Jaime said that Jerry puts HEAVY springs in his revolvers…to slow up his trigger pull.
  3. Just leave it. That's what I do. <laughs> What was that Lee Majors movie? The Last Car?
  4. Verdad. And even when those rights are reaffirmed by legal/due process, you will hear little of it and business will continue as usual (trampling rights). Anyone heard of the driver's license case Oklahoma vs. King? Didn't think so.
  5. Wow…apparently we don't have a "WHUMP!!!!!!" smilie.
  6. I read another article where, when displayed to potential law enforcement customers, the designers couldn't grasp the idea of WHY a person would need to shoot with their off-hand, which is far enough away from the bracelet to disable it.
  7. I see someone has been modding profiles again.
  8. Why don't you give that to Frank today, so he can bring it to the range with him tomorrow?
  9. Club members keep shooting up our target frames, standard IPSC stuff…even the metal bases. An obvious flinching issue. The club president said we need to do this or that to make money for damages. I told him "None of my students hit the frames. How about we make them take a class on how to shoot?"
  10. Si seńor…soy un Rob with a yob.
  11. Just a simple error with a car, versus a simple error with a firearm:
  12. Welcome from AZ bmoney!
  13. I'd be willing to bet a $5 breakfast that most Americans can do a lot more damage, maiming, and killing, with a '69 Cadillac and a full tank of gas, than those same people could with an AR-15 and thirty 30-round magazines. And who will be determining that proficiency? I can guarantee that 80% of the shooters on this forum wouldn't be happy with the safety/competency evaluation I do on them. And that's another shooter who would rather see everyone armed than arbitrary requirements agreed to by Chucky Schumer and Lindsey Graham. Uummm…okay. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_motor_vehicle_deaths_in_U.S._by_year
  14. Imagine how many of these are being sold to total novices, "just to have something for protection."
  15. Even with celebrity endorsement sellout too: http://doubletapdefense.com Just from looking at the design, the traditional derringers are heads and shoulders above this thing. This review has a good photo of the backstrap. Ouch. http://www.thetruthaboutguns.com/2013/07/jeremy-s/gun-review-doubletap-tactical-pocket-pistol/
  16. Dremel time!
  17. Fixed it! <laughs>
  18. Check out all these NEW cars just parked…because they can't find buyers. http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2014-05-16/where-worlds-unsold-cars-go-die
  19. Sorry to hear that! Yeah, a friend in Missouri said the same thing about firing that stupid Double Tap. I bet Tom couldn't even do it. Where's the "bwwwwook-bwok bwok" chicken smilie? <laughs> Just kidding! Don't do it Tom!
  20. A friend posted it on FB and I thought "Cool! I was unaware they'd made a training film." Hey…wait a minute. :ugone2far: :cookoo:
  21. From WWII...
