The sticky mag is a common European requirement. That is how the G17 was originally designed too. Nice bulgy mags. IMO just train for it to stick.

Back during the Great 2008 Primer Shortage, I was using magnum primers for everything. Including 9mmx19. I just started at starting powder loads, as there was a pretty good range of powder drops on the powder I was using. They worked, no high pressure signs, cycled the pistols, ejected, bullets on target. With standard primers and using W231, minimum powder charge for 125gr RNL won't cycle reliably feed the next round but will eject the empty from my XD9 but will cycle everything else. Doc, I'll also add that if she likes this CCP she should look at Remington's new R51. It uses a Pederson action, also resulting in very low recoil and ease of slide manipulation. The advantage of the R51 is it has a truly ambidextrous magazine release. In 2014 Remington's QC was worse than sun-dried dog crap and they recalled the entire production run. It was re-released in 2016 and the reviews have been very good.
