According to the US Constitution, all able bodied males not in uniform are a part of the unorganized militia, so you already ARE in one. Arizona's Constitution also makes clear about the difference between organized and unorganized militia, and I'm a member according to that document (Tom's probably too old). Keep your eyes open and you'll find a good deal. The FDE version was on clearance at the local Sportsman's Warehouse, like $75 off. Got it for less than $400.
