Welcome to the forum feel free to tell us about yourself in the intro section. first off ar15 hand guards will not fit, you need a guard for a .308 rifle in DPMS pattern. There are many companies who make them i.e. Midwest industries and Aero, are a few off the top of my head -
Ha another wisconsin, take that Arizona and Texas!!! Take time to do some reading, remember there's no milspec like their little bothers and there are a few propitiatory paterns, "DPMS" being the most popular.
