I would think nylon/plastic would break down/ become gooey from solvents. I've always used the bronze brush and one of those fabric du-dads. Not like I clean or have a reason to clean my guns a lot, but I'm working on changing that

How do you freeze it D? I was telling wash that when I when on my trip and vac sealed it then reheated by simmering the bags worked really well cuz it doesn't dry out and all that moisture stays locked in.

i live along i90 thru Wisconsin and see many military vehicles going back to Oshkosh truck for repair/rebuild. Often I think God I hope that vehicles crew lived. I know a few guys who work there and they said the results can be gruesome
