I need to get my self back working out and what not I got fat over the winter. I kicked soda along time ago and try staying away from high fructose corn syrup as much as possible cuz like flyer said that schit is in everything. I kicked soda because the leaded stuff is full of poop and the unleaded stuff is full of poop. I did find a soda in the organic isle that's really good (and I'm normally picky on that stuff) called zevia. It's basically naturally flavored soda water no colors no artifial sweeteners. I'll have a few of those a week but mainly it's tea and water, (and craft beer lol).
when I got my new phone it came with a pedometer on it, I walk 4/6 miles a day for work, but I need to start biking again and eating right again I'm up to 245, two years ago I was 228 and didn't have quite the over hang.
