My old man had these big pins (2")with a bead on the end of it he used to hold pieces of balsa wood in place when he build RC planes, well I figured out that bead was the same size as a bb. Those fuckers flew out my daisy pretty damn good!!! Id shoot them into card board boxes in the basement........ My buddies son has one of the Henery (I think) break down 22's he shoots that pretty good last fall I let him shoot my .556 he didn't have enough shoulder to make it cycle but he sure thought that was great.

I was gonna say 9# 556 sounds more like a .308. I got a cheap digital scale/bathroom scale from Walmart when I started going to the gym. When I changed out the fore grips on my .308 I the scale to weigh that seemed to work well Id imagine your lighter than you think
