Interesting @Cunuckgaucho, I’ve made a lot of jerky in my day usually whole muscle like that mainly wild game venison, Canada and snow goose. I do a wet marinade tho

That’s the thing people don’t realize they are mainly scavengers. It used to be only a winter thing now it’s year round. Few winters back I was about to photograph two eagles on a deer in a field till Mertal and Ethal pulled up behind me and scared them off I was so pissed off

Crazy thing is it’s in the middle of town the yellow x is the old GM plant, the red is near where the nest is and down town is just up river which is pretty cool, the eagle population has exploded down here

I’m in the middle of it right now, actually just signed my papers this morning refi’d to a 15 year 3.0% from a 5+% that had 18-19 years left on it. They aren’t coming to appraise it and passed it for 145k but my original loan was for 115k (a foreclosure) and I owe 94k on it
