DPMS about a grand in a 16 inch barrel I have shot 1 hole groups with it , it is better than I am and with a bit of tweeking around 8 lbs...... don't let the nay sayers get to you .. now if you really like light check out the S&W M&P with the skinny barrel sweet. I hunt with mione have killed 2 elk 5 deer it is way more accurate than it needs to be for a hunting weapon as most shots are under 100 yards..... YMMV.

Idaho the whole state is bigger than texas ( just pound it out flat) and if you avoid Boise and CDA the whole state is a small town and the most gun friendly state there is no matter what anyone else says... kids here carry concealed on campus,NFA very friendly, same with CCW and very very little scum.do some research.

Ok you make your load and BTW you want to shoot Barnes 168 grain TTSX bullets you will need no other....... now you have done all the work you have a load worked up and the rifle is shooting great ,you clean the rifle and get ready for opening day..... STOP! biggest mistake I see huys make is they do not understand a fouling shot.. it is a rare rifle that CLEAN will shoot point of impact as it did dirty so...... you clean the rifle and then go shoot one round to foul the barrel now the rifle should shoot the same place as your last group.... now go kill a elk and then invite me over for a back strap dinner. I am going for elk number 36 this year have fun and shoot straight.

This is getting wierd now no stamp? I am not the sharpest tool but I think I would have to call BS on that .. so if I get it right if you e file no stamp and it is quick and if you snail mail file you get a stamp but it take a long time... that system seems a bit skewed......

There is no Interview in Idaho, your dd214 is all you need , then get finger printed fill out forms and wait 3 weeks for the permit, now that is assuming you are a upstanding law abiding citizen.....
